Today, Norbury’s under 13 girls team won the inaugural Stockport Summer Sixes tournament.

The girls won all of their matches in the round robin, playing teams from Heaton Mersey, Liverpool, and Stockport Lacrosse Clubs.

In the final, they played Heaton Mersey. At full time the match was tied 2-2. This forced the match to sudden death overtime. Norbury won the draw to restart, and scored the winning goal within 15 seconds.

We’d like to thank Stockport Lacrosse Club for hosting and organising the tournament, and we look forward to next year when we can defend our title.
